Charlie was the beloved husband of Wanda Kirkpatrick, loving father of Debbie (Doug) Glaser, Steve Kirkpatrick, Tom Kirkpatrick, and Kerry (Rita) Kirkpatrick, dear brother of Gail (the late Charles) Sitze, cherished grandfather of 6 and great-grandfather of 14; uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and a friend to many in his lifetime.
Charlie was privileged to have served his country in the US Army from 1951-1953, and had fond memories of his time spent in Germany. He was a carpenter and proud to have been a member of the Carpenter's Hall.
The visitation will be Friday, October 16, 2020 from 10am until noon at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Boulevard, Arnold Missouri 63010, followed by a procession to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery where Full Military Honors will be bestowed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlie's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project would be greatly appreciated by his family.
