In his early years Bill loved to ride motorcycles and was known to the group as “Wild Bill”. As he flourished in life he became a proud owner of Arlington Truck Repair, where he serviced heavy equipment.
After retiring, he took great pleasure in restoring old cars, going fishing in Canada and gardening at home. Over the course of his lifetime he enjoyed many adventures and travel with family and friends.
Bill was well known for his compassion and big heart which extended to anyone in need; he was always willing to put his skillset to good use. He helped many young adults with car repairs and was always willing to help anyone with a challenge.
Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend to all. He took great pleasure in spending time with his family and beloved cat (Snookie). She has been by his side for the past 24 years.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Jens; and brothers, John, Vernon, Norman, Chet and Jens, Jr.
He is survived by his wife Estella Jensen of Arlington, Washington; and his daughters Barbara McDonald, of Camas, Washington and Sandy Stedman of Arlington, Washington; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
At his request no services will be held.
