Joan Marie Tilton, 77, of Arlington, WA, passed away peacefully at home on March 26, 2025, after a courageous five-year battle with cancer. Born on June 5, 1947, in Chicago, IL, Joni was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her husband of nearly 39 years, Russell Tilton; sons Matthew (Jessica) and John (Jennifer); grandchildren Connor, Olivia, Jack, and Quinn; and sisters Debbie Blocker and Vicky Zahn.
Joni was known for her compassion, love of music, and dedication to serving others. She will be remembered for her kind heart, strong faith, and the joy she brought to those around her.
A funeral Mass will be held on April 24, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, at Immaculate Conception, 1200 E 5th St, Arlington, WA 98223.
