David Harrison DeVoe of Darrington, WA peacefully went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 26th. David was born in McMinnville Oregon in 1941. He graduated Shelton Highschool class of 1961 and enlisted in the U.S Navy 1961- 1965 serving aboard the USS Kawishiwi.
He worked as a Hatchery Specialist for the WA State Dept of Fish and Wildlife for 39 years. David coached softball for many years, loved playing Bingo and solving puzzle books.
He is survived by his wife Patty of 34 years, his son David DeVoe and wife Melissa of Billings Montana, son Scott Bauer and fiancée Thanh of Edmonds Washington, 10 grandkids and 7 great Grandkids.
He is preceded in death by parents Harrison and Lillian DeVoe, brother Douglas DeVoe, niece Jennifer, and grandson Mitchell.
David was a devoted, loving and caring Husband, Father and Grandpa. He was loved by many. He will be remembered fondly for his Love and kindness.
At David’s request there will be no funeral services.
