Of Reston, VA, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015. She is survived by her brother, Jason P. Adams and her sister Karen E. Kinder (Nazar Hassan). She was preceded in death by her parents John and Elizabeth Adams. Sue, a life-long horse-back rider, was very involved in church activities, loved reading, writing, listening to music, and watching scary/horror movies. An advocate for animal and anti-bullying causes, Sue found solace in scrapbooking, being surrounded by nature outdoors and traveling via cruises. She will be missed by many, including her beloved cats.Friends may call to Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203 on Friday, March 20, 2015 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Columbia Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Homestretch Animal Rescue, 11195 Silentwood Lane, Reston, VA 20191.
