

Patricia Rinfrow was born in Alexandria, VA on August 7, 1930, the middle child of Pat and Edith Lumpkins. She enjoyed her childhood surrounded by family, playing in the streets of Alexandria. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic School in Alexandria, VA, a Catholic School operated by the Oblate Sisters in Baltimore, MD. Dunbar High School in Washington, DC and Xavier University in New Orleans, LA.
Patricia enjoyed a rewarding career of more than 30 years with the Department of Human Services in Washington, DC. She began her career as a Case Worker and was promoted several times, ending her career as a Program Manager. Patricia enjoyed being with and helping people so much that it wasn't a surprise when she moved to Pensacola, Florida and turned her attention from helping adults to helping children as a substitute teacher. She and her husband Robert Rinfrow enjoyed 15 years of retirement life in Pensacola, making life-long friends, sitting under the pavillon at the beach and going to festivals. Their home was always open to anyone passing through.
Patricia peacfuly departed this life on September 19th, with a smile on her face, ready for her next adventure.
