Miriam E. Herr passed away on October 20, 2012 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late John W. Herr. Loving mother of James E. Herr. She was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Virginia where she served in the public school system in both food service and religious education. A visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday October 25, 2012 at Murphy Funeral Home, 4510 Wilson Bvd, Arlington, VA. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at National Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Barcroft Bible Church.
