Mary Donohoe
September 18, 1923 – August 5, 2015

Mary M. Donohoe, 91, a homemaker and, from 1980 to 1986 the Assistant to the Headmaster at Gonzaga High School in Washington, D.C., died August 5th of a heart condition at her residence at The Jefferson in Arlington. She was a native Washingtonian, and a 1941 Graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame high school in the District. She also attended the Dunbarton College of the Holy Cross, and worked in administrative capacities at both the Bureau of Standards, and the Federal Reserve.
Pre-deceased by: Her husband of 60 years, Raymond T. Donohoe, died in 2009, and her daughter, Katharine M. Donohoe, died in 2000.
Survived by: Six children, Thomas F Donohoe of Arlington, Va., Leo M. Donohoe of Arlington, Va., Marie A. Kemins of Southlake,Texas, Richard J. Donohoe of McLean, Va., Joseph F Donohoe of Arlington, Va., and Ellen Whalen of Chantilly, Va., 16 grandchildren, and 1 great grand child.
Friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME OF ARLINGTON, 4510 Wilson Blvd, Monday, August 10th from 4p-7p. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:30a, Tuesday, August 11th, St Agnes Catholic Church, 2002 N. Randolph St., Arlington, Va. Private interment will take place on Wednesday, August 12th at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
