Juan was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico in 1924. He joined the U.S. Army in 1943, where he served 26 years through WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam. He married Ada Rodriguez shortly after joining the U.S. Army, and together they raised a son and 3 daughters in a Christ filled loving home. He is survived by his son Juan Feliciano, daughter Ada Feliciano-Pasquel, daughter Miriam H. Ramos, daughter Ivette Gosser, grand children: Daniel Feliciano, David Feliciano, Erik Joel Zepeda, Herman Ramos, Elizabeth Torres, Johanna Pasquel, Felix Pasquel, Javier Pasquel, and 16 great grandchildren.
The life of Juan, also known as “Papi” to many who knew him, will be celebrated at Arlington Assembly of God, Arlington Virginia, on Friday October 23rd at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, Papi’s family kindly suggests love offerings be sent to Arlington Assembly of God to help support their many outreach programs, which Papi loved being part of. Arlington Assembly of God address is 4501 North Pershing Drive, Arlington, VA 22203.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery, arrangement to be determined.
