Jean H. Myers

Jean Helen Myers, age 94, a resident of Arlington County for over 50 years passed away on February 20, 2013. She was born in Leicestershire, England on July 25, 1918. She was a member of the Walker Chapel Methodist Church. She came to the U.S. in 1948 as an employee of the British Government. She later became a U.S. citizen. She is preceded in death by her husband, Guy Johnson Myers. Survived by two sons, Gordon Dean Myers and Glen Eugene Myers and wife Lorna; four grandchildren, Shelby A.M. La Turno (husband, Brendon), Bethany D. Myers (husband, Ryan), Carolyn L. Myers, Nicholas A. Myers and Jonathan Davies; one great-grandson, Conner Davies. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 4-8pm at Murphy Arlington Funeral Home. Prayer Service will be at 7:00pm.
