James Patrick Feeney

James Patrick Feeney, age 97, a resident of Arlington, Virginia passed away on February 3, 2013. Mr. Feeney was born in Cohoes, New York on July 20, 1915, to Joseph and Helen Hennessey Feeney. He had a career in Records Management while working for the United States Department of State for 37 years. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Mary C. Feeney, 24 years ago. He is survived by a son, James P. Feeney, Jr. (wife, Martha); 2 grandchildren, Kathleen Feeney Chappell (husband, Jesse) and James P. Feeney III; and a great-granddaughter, Joanna Chappell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The American Red Cross. Visitation will be Sunday, February 10, 2013, from 2-4 pm, and 6-8 pm, at Murphy Arlington Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013, at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Cathedral, 3901 Cathedral Lane, Arlington, Virginia 22203. Burial to follow at Columbia Gardens Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
