Mrs. Frances Lee Clark Cronin

Frances Lee Clark Cronin passed on January 11, 2019, peacefully with her daughter at her side in Arlington, VA.
She was born on February 18, 1935 in Jackson, MS. She graduated from Auburn University after studying architecture.
She then married 1st Lt. Richard P. Cronin of Norwich CT and they moved to Washington DC where she worked as an architect, then in human resources. She then went on to create the first Activites Program for Government Funded Assisted Living Housing in the country. She was active with the Democratic party and volunteered as needed believing in civic responsibility and knowledge which she passed on to her daughter. She was also a very active volunteer at her church.
She is survived by her daughter Caroline Cronin Eddins, son-in-law Wayne Eddins and many loving family and friends.
