William Robert "Bill" Sankey, 71 passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015 in Arlington, Texas. He was born in Stephenville, Texas on November 26, 1943 to Robert Sankey and Dorothy Gross Sankey. He was a cheerful and loving person in spite of his handicaps. The Texas Rangers baseball team consumed much of his time during their season. He was also a true Texas Longhorn fan, watching every game avidly. Then, during the Dallas Cowboys' season, he rooted for them.
Survivors include his sister, Barbara Sankey Reed and brother-in-law, Keith Reed; niece Julie Colley and her husband Doug, nephews Mike Reed and his wife Susie and Greg Reed and his wife Patricia and grand-nephews, Sloan and Jake Reed. Family graveside services are pending.
