Born in San Antonio on November 11, 1959 to Vincent B. Clark Sr and Flora Moser, he was a very talented artist who enjoyed racing and watching Nascar.
Above all, he was a loving son, brother, father and grandfather.
Preceded in death by his father Vincent B. Clark Sr, son Bryan D. Clark, step-father Odell Moser, brother John J. McHazlett and grandmother Lillian Couch.
Survivors: His mother Flora Moser; daughter Sarah Clark; grandchildren Jacob, Kendra and Shyan Clark; brothers Bruce and Rene Clark, William and Monette Clark, John and Lisa Moser and Jerry Moser; sisters Debbie and Frank Hollis, Susan and Jimmy Brown, Lori and Dana Christofferson, Debbie McCarthy, Chris and Scott Lafond and Sherry Kasprzyk; one aunt; two uncles and numerous nieces and nephews.
