Tina Cherie Lane

Tina Cherie Eason Lane was born February 3, 1958 in Fort Worth, TX. She was disappointed that the New Arlington Memorial Hospital was not quite finished yet. She would have loved to have been one of the first to have been born there. Sadly, Tina passed away October 14, 2021. She will be greatly missed.

Tina lived a very full and happy life in her 63 years. She did everything she wanted to do and maybe then some. Tina loved everyone and everyone loved Tina. Her smile could light up the world and was completely infectious.

She leaves behind her husband of 45 years, Stephen Lane; their daughter, Hillary and their son, Timothy. She has one daughter-in-law, Stefania and two grandchildren, Liam and Ayla. She has one brother, Jackie Eason and his wife, Pat. Their daughter, Christie and her husband, Ken Butler. They have two children, Sydney and Brice. Tina’s sister, Debra Eason Johnson and her husband, James. They have one son, Jamie and his wife, Ashley and their children, Kaitlynn and Joey; a sister, Cheryl Eason Griffith and her husband, Jeff and their daughter, Kafy. On her in-law side of the family there is brother-in-law, Eddie Lane and his wife, Sue. Eddie’s son, Jason and daughter, Amy; sister-in-law, Becky Lane Sherrill, her husband, J.B. and their daughter, Jennifer, and sons, Johnathan and Jordan.

Tina is preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Mildred Doggett Eason and Billie Ray Eason; her parents-in-law, Joanna Smith Lane and Roland Edward Lane. Her young brother-in-law, Christopher Michael Lane. Dear friend of the family, Gary Deats.

Tina was inspired by so many people to live her life to the fullest. She did so with courage, grace and dignity.

I want to thank everyone who was a part of Tina’s life. The reason why Tina was able to live as long as she did was because of them. I want to thank everyone who was a part of Tina’s life. They all were the reason why Tina lived for as long as she did. Our family will be forever grateful for Tina and the people who loved her. Thank You, Stephen Lane and family.

A memorial service for Tina will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016.
