Funeral service: 3:30 PM Saturday, December 29th, at Moore Funeral Home, at 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, 76012. A reception will be held one hour prior. Burial: 2:00 PM Monday, December 31st, at Parkdale Cemetery, 701 Mary Street, Arlington, Texas.
During his Naval career, he served in the Vietnam War on the USS Waddell and USS Oriskany as well as at the Naval Amphibious Base in Coronado, California.
In civilian life, he worked at Nuclear Logistics Inc., acquired by AZZ Nuclear, until he retired in 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years Judy A. Floyd, daughter Jacqueline S. Floyd, and son Thomas F. Floyd, III.
