Sara Geneva Van Wart

Graveside service: 3 p.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Meals on Wheels of Johnson County.

Born in Valley View on July 15, 1934, Geneva was happiest when with her family and loved them deeply. She worked for White Rose Distributors, Austin Road Company, and Aerospatiale Helicopters. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Thomas Van Wart, and her son, Byron Dale Pace.

Survivors: Her sons, Wesley, James and Bret Pace; her stepsons, Chip and Rusty Pulliam; and her daughter, Lori Smart. Also surviving her are five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and her brother, O.W. Davis Jr. She will be fondly remembered for the love she had for her family.
