Roy Wesley Armstrong, Jr., 87, passed away September 27, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. He was born to Roy and Lucille Cain Armstrong.
Mr. Armstrong was a wonderful husband and father. He enjoyed traveling and visited all 50 states. Roy built a beautiful lake house where he enjoyed tinkering about fixing things, fishing or just enjoying a cup coffee looking out over the lake.
He is preceded by his first wife, Doris Armstrong.
Surviving are wife Barbara "Bobbie" Armstrong; Children: Gary W. Armstrong, Cathy Peterson and husband Roger, Doug Mullins and wife Cindy; Grandchildren: Drew Peterson, Ryan Mullins, Caitlin Mullins, Courtnie Mayfield and Ross Mayfield; sister Judy Barbee.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
