Ronald Wayne Lutz passed away Friday, March 7, 2014. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Moore and Sons Funeral Chapel on Bowen Road. Ron was born Dec. 11, 1953, to Robert and Betty Lutz in San Diego, Calif. He just retired from AT&T after 33 years of service. Ron loved fishing, theater, woodworking and wine collecting. He loved his kids and grandkids. Ron was also an avid Rangers' fan. Preceding him in death were his mother, Betty, and brother-in-law, Kenny Cooper. Survivors: Those left to cherish his memory, children, Morgan and Mason Lutz; father, Robert L. Lutz; siblings, Joe Lutz, Trish Cooper; nieces, Kristin and Kalin Cooper; his love of six years, Nancy Hardy; former wife, Diana Lutz; stepdaughter, Natalie Francisco; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He will be missed by a host of longtime friends, the crew at Bobby V's and his dog, Oreo.
