Robin George Shofner

Dr. Robin G. Shofner passed away on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2022. She was a beloved wife to Matthew, mother to Justin and Brittany, and Grammie to Avery and Riley. She graduated Veterinary School from Texas A&M in 1985 where she met her husband, Matthew Shofner, and they shared 39 years together. Robin was an amazing veterinarian with a strong love for animals and had many loyal clients. She was especially gifted with end of life counseling for families of beloved pets.

Robin had a passion for gardening and kept her father’s ivy plant alive for over 25 years, as well as having many of her fruit trees and favorite orchids. She also enjoyed quilting, her HomeBuilders group at church, and traveling with Matthew to the beach. She loved being a mom and had a special bond with her granddaughters.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 14th at 10:00 am at Walnut Ridge Baptist Church located at 1201 TX-360 S in Mansfield,TX.
