Patricia Ann Jones

Born March 14, 1940, has passed away peacefully in her home Monday, June 25, 2018 after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her loving husband Sherman of 58 years; her dear children, Von, Kevin, Bruce, Chris and their wives, nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and her sister, Sharon Brooks. Pat will be dearly missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother.

Pat graduated from Star-Spencer High School as Valedictorian.

In 1960, she married Sherman Jones and to this union, four children were born. While raising her four boys, Pat worked in the accounting and bookkeeping fields. As the backbone of the Cub Scout Program, Pat became a Cub Scout Den Mother. In her leisure Pat, was the baseball scorekeeper of many games, an accomplished seamstress and an excellent cook.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 28, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, Texas 76016. Funeral Service will be the next day, June 29, 2018, at the funeral home at 2 pm. Burial to follow at Parkdale Cemetery.

Pat is now an angel among us and will always be loved, remembered and missed.
