Patricia LaRue Cannon, age 84 of Arlington, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2019 with her family at her side. She was born on December 6, 1934 in Corpus Christi, Texas, the daughter of Woody and Daisy O’Rear. Pat married Dorman Cannon and they celebrated 64 years of marriage together. Pat is also survived by her grandson Jacob Cannon and wife Meagan, and sister Jowena. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter, and son Brad Cannon.
Pat had a warm and loving heart for her family and for animals. She loved her dogs and would always take care and adopt stay dogs. After marrying her husband, Pat spent many years supporting him as he served in the Marine Corps. In her spare time, she enjoyed fashion, shopping, and cooking. Family was her pride that she held close to her heart.
Funeral service will be 11AM on Monday, January 21 at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 1:15PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
