Oleta Gibson was born Dec. 15, 1930, in Breckenridge to Clarence and Mamie Funderburg and passed from this life Sunday April 1, 2012. She married Grady Gibson and they worked together all throughout their lives by "holding all things together" in business and family life. She was Grady's right-hand partner when running Complete Auto Sales Transportation and their previous business, Dealers Auto Auction, in Grand Prairie. She was the glue that held everything together and had a smile that lit up the sky.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Funderburg, and sister, Nancy Hillis.
Survivors: Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Graydon "Grady"; children, Sylvia McFalls and husband, James, Donnie Gibson and wife Judy, Brenda Doty and husband, Mark; twin sister, Juanita Thedford; grandchildren, Jennifer, Kristy, Kimberly, Chad, Diana and Erica; and great-grandchildren, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Taylor, McKenna, Jake, Abby and Kaylee.
