Nancy Nierth Rhea

Nancy Nierth Rhea passed away Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Interment:t Skyvue Memorial Gardens in Mansfield. Viguial and Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Moore Funeral Home. Nancy was born March 26, 1953, to Larry and Winifred Nierth in Houston. In 1971, Nancy graduated from Spring Branch High School Houston and in 1983, she graduated with two bachelor's degrees, one in hstory and one in social work, from the University of Texas at Austin. She worked at the Center for Battered Women in Austin. One of Nancy's greatest attributes was her faith and conviction for helping those in need. Her compassion led to her being the best wife, mother, grandmother and friend anyone could ask for. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Those who preceded in death were her parents and brother, Larry Tate Nierth Jr.

Survivors: Beloved husband of 22 years, Don Rhea; son, Wayne Larry Nierth and wife, Vivian; and grandchildren, Eliana Voisa Nierth and Dillon Curt Nierth.
