Nancy had multiple careers, including being a seamstress, an electronics assembler, Lockheed Martin, and a semiconductor at ST Microelectronics.
In her spare time, Nancy loved taking road trips to visit family and friends. Her hobbies included sewing and scrapbooking. She also enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends. She especially enjoyed spoiling her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. All remember receiving birthday cards with a little something inside. Nancy was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents John (Jake) Evarts and Iris Baker and half-brother B.Z. Freeman.
Nancy is survived by her children: Barry Earwood, Phyllis Still and husband James, and Steve Earwood and wife Suong; half-sisters: Jerri McEntire, Glenda Hill, Brenda Kellam; grandchildren: Shara Sulkov, Laurie Montgomery, Leah Murray, Stephanie Trevino, Kelly Earwood, Andrew Earwood, Daniel Earwood, David Earwood, Rachel Earwood; fifteen great grandchildren; and her best friends since Jr. High, who she loved like sisters: Mary Ann Crone and Carol Ford.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, at Moore Memorial Gardens. A visitation will begin at 12 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, 76012.
