Born in Scottsboro Indiana to Norma and Ronald Nelson in 1940.
Nancy moved to Texas in the early 60's with the love of her life James, where she worked in creative advertising and eventually started her own company. She loved to paint and could come up with the most ingenious creative ideas.
Nancy is survived by daughters Julie Lasiter of Arlington TX and Cathy Martineson of Oakes, ND. Sister Beverly Adams and brother Bob Ellis.
Grandsons Robert Buster, Kristopher Buster, Bryan Kocian, Shawn Lasiter and James Griffin. Granddaughter Jamie Lynn Tanner.
9 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, James R DeBaun, sister Anita Ellis Coble, granddaughters Stephanie Nicole Walker and Lauren Sue Lasiter.
