Michelle Renee Walker was born on September 8, 1964 in Childress, TX to parents Helen L. Clifton-Robbins and Bill W. Robbins, a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Being born into a Military family, Michelle lived in five states in her early life: Texas, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, and Georgia. Michelle’s material Grandparents Howard and Audrey Clifton lived in Childress. She requested to be buried in Childress because she said living there was the happiest time of her life.
Michelle had two children Anthony Leon Walker (of Arlington), and Amanda LeeAnn Walker-Denton (married to Jack Henry Denton of Denison). She is also survived by mother Helen Clifton and brother Richard Robbins.
Michelle enjoyed listening to music. Her favorites were Metallica and Elvis. She loved her golden retrievers Dutchas who lived to be 14 years old, and Ellie who is 2 years old, as well as a border collie mix T-Bone who was gifted to her by Leon Walker.
Michelle’s life was over too soon. Her distinct laugh and loud personality will be missed greatly by all who knew her. She was truly one of a kind.
Graveside ceremony will be held at Childress Cemetery in Childress, TX at 12pm on Friday, September 27, 2019.
Eulogy will be given by Dr. Mike Henderson of Childress.
Pallbearers for Michelle are: Anthony Walker, Leon Walker, Jack Denton, William Robinson, Chris Clifton, and Richard Robbins.
