Thanks for the memories, Michael!  Say, Hello to my family and rest in the Hands of God!

Michael was a first love.  We were not intimate but were together before he went in service.  I was a part of his family at that time.  I suppose our relationship would have escalated.  But he went to Hanaou, Germany and I married someone else. Mike and regained our friendship for the past 50 .  He never forgot my birthday and we have shared our lives all these years.  My husband & I have been married fore 56 years.  My memories and friendship for Michael and the love I had for him oh so long ago has reminded me of our many wonderful times in Chicago.  May this very lost, wonderful man find piece.,  Sherrie

I remember many Mike's stories of his life and travels to Yellow stone national park and many others. His military experience, driving missles around Lol. Fixing his sail boat up and living on the ocean. He is a good friend and story teller. Many people at the BSA (where we worked together) would ask me how he was and to let him know they love and miss him as many of us will. Mike is in heaven with his friends and family that love him. I miss you Big Mike.

Those jokes!  I am going to miss Mike's jokes...and his sharing of his memories back in his Chicago days.  He was an encyclopedia of information and never ceased to inspire.  Mike became like a big brother or an uncle over the years ... I have missed him so much.  May he rest in peace with all the angels and occasionally send a reminder that he is watching over us, too. 

Michael was like a father and best friend all rolled into one.  I’m going to miss his friendship terribly.   Rest In Peace Sparky, I love you!
