Mary Ann Knowles, age 79 of Grand Prairie, TX passed away November 13, 2016. She was born on September 8, 1937 in Arlington, TX to Luther and Mary Alice Johnson. She married Jack Knowles on February 25, 1966 in Kaufman, TX. She was a long time member of the Church of Christ in Grand Prairie. She will greatly be remembered for being a Christian and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tommy Knowles, and wife Sandra, Donna Rough, and Rodney Knowles and wife Rhonda; grandchildren, Michael, Brad, Justin, Kevin, Jason, and Jeremy; cousins Mona and Jim McClure.
She was preceded in death by Luther and Mary Alice Johnson; husband, Jack Knowles; brother, Bill Johnson; Great granddaughter Megan Rough.
Visitation will be from 10-11am, Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Moore Funeral Home
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 16, 2016 also at the funeral home
