Marsha Clair Carroll

Memorial service: 3:30 p.m. Friday at Moore Funeral Home on North Davis in Arlington. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Moore.

She was born March 26, 1943, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Paul J. and Eileen Basemann Arnould. She graduated from Bettendorf, Iowa, High School in 1961. She attended the University of Iowa and the University of Texas at Arlington. She studied art and architecture. Since 1971, she had been a resident of Arlington, where she raised her children and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was an accomplished gourmet cook and enjoyed reading, traveling, gardening, collecting art and watching Rangers baseball.

She will be missed by those who knew and loved her, but know that she is still in our hearts and lives forever.

Survivors: Her husband of 27 years, Bill Carroll; daughters, Stephanie Schwob and Whitney Hadwin; son, Chad Schwob; five grandchildren; sister, Jane Feddersen; and brother, Kip Arnould.
