Lisa Diane Buzbee Brannan

Memorial Service: 1 pm Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, 76012.

Lisa was born August 6, 1962 in Fort Worth to Carl and Margie Buzbee. She graduated from Castleberry High School and worked at Rancher Bill’s Barbecue and had a career as a claims analyst for various insurance companies over the years. She married Tim Brannan on February 28, 2018 and they had two short yet happy years together.

Lisa had one of the kindest and gentlest souls we’ve ever known. She was generous to a fault and just wanted to help everyone around her. She constantly put others before herself. She was a devoted wife, mother and sister as well as a second mom to her nieces. To know Lisa was to love her. Her giving nature, sense of humor, and infectious smile will be missed by so many people. Our loss is truly Heaven’s gain.

Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Buzbee, and father, Carl Buzbee.

Survivors: devoted husband, Tim Brannan; children, Tucker Barnett, Ashley Spencer and husband, Daniel, and Matthew Brannan; grandchildren, Michael, Caleb, and Rileigh; brothers, Craig Buzbee and Terry Buzbee and wife, Peggy; sister, Laurie Wright and husband, Brad; brothers-in-law, Tary Brannan and wife, Karen and Troy Brannan and wife, Rhonda; nieces, Ashley Buzbee, Kari Drake and husband, David, and Chelsea Wright; nephews, Jayson Brannan and wife, Bonnie, Jake Brannan and wife, Megan, Cory Brannan, and Taylor Brannan and wife, Vanessa; great-nephew, Bryden Buzbee; great-niece, Savannah Drake; and a host of loving extended family members and friends.
