Lawrence Brad Pate, 67, a resident of Arlington for 33 years and formerly of Tampa, Florida, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015, in Dallas after a long illness.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at Moore Funeral Home.

Brad was born in Tampa, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida. Brad was the president of Hooker-Barnes Homes, before retiring.
Survivors: Wife of 33 years, Bonnie Johnson Pate of Arlington; sister, Georgia Hinton of Cumming, Ga.; niece, Cynthia Salo of Brandon, Fla.; nephews, Larry Hinton of Florida and David Hinton of New Orleans, La.; and puppies, Sassy and Cocoa.
