Kenneth Francis Lukaska, 88 years old, living in Arlington, Texas, formerly of Scottsdale, AZ and St. Paul, MN, died peacefully on the morning of January 17, 2015 at Autumn Leaves of Arlington in Texas. Born in 1926 in Chicago, Illinois, he was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary (Zarones) Lukaska, his wife Dorothy Agnes (Gorman) Lukaska, and his older son John (Gerry) Lukaska, of Edina, Minnesota.
Ken was a very successful businessman, well known in the paper and printing industry of the Twin Cities, and partner and owner of Inter City Paper Company. He was involved in his community, volunteering as coach in multiple sports (football, baseball, and hockey) for many years.
His business success allowed for him to fund college for his children and grandchildren at the following schools: Harvard College, University of Notre Dame, Lawrence University, Smith College, Babson College, University of Minnesota, Tufts University, Vanderbilt University, Stephens College, Amherst College, Colgate University, University of Colorado, and others.
Ken’s sense of humor and positive outlook shored up many a day. He is loved and will be dearly missed.

• Daughter Pamela (Elliott) Weinstein of Mendota Heights, MN
• Daughter Mary (Richard) Seidman of Westfield, IN
• Son Michael Lukaska of Shoreview, MN
• Daughter Jeanne Lukaska of Mesa, AZ
• Son Kenneth R. of Phoenix, AZ
• Eight grandchildren Sarah, David, Meghan, Lauren, Ross, Anne, Lydia and Lily
• Two great grandchildren William and Charlotte
A memorial reception will be held on January 31, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012. A memorial reception will also be held on January 31, 2015 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home, 2250 St. Anthony Boulevard NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418.
The Lukaska Family would like to thank the caregivers at Tender Heart Hospice for the compassionate support and loving care. We would also like to thank the caregivers at Autumn Leaves of Arlington for the wonderful care they gave both Dorothy & Ken during this last year.
