Jessie Alice Luce

Jessie Alice was born on Wednesday July 7, 1937 in Electra, Texas to the parents of John E. Gibson and Edith Gibson.  Jessie attended Graham High School.  She was married to Robin Luce on June 28, 1956.  She attended Hardin-Simmons University with a focus in music.  Piano was her passion, which she taught for many years in Raytown, MO and Arlington, TX.

In her spare time Jessie enjoyed reading, playing bridge online with folks all over the world, collecting movie memorabilia, swimming, traveling with friends, sightseeing, and the performing arts.

Jessie is preceded in death by: her husband of 38 years Robin Luce Sr, son Daniel Luce, grandson Matthew Coulston, parents John and Edith Gibson, and brother John Dell Gibson.

She is survived by her three children: Robin Luce Jr., Chris Luce, and Linda Coulston; seven grandchildren, Wendy Saigal, Aimie Dent, Lindsey Hartmann, Ryan Luce, Jessie Coulston, Sarah Coulston, and Ramsey Luce; siblings, Sammie McMullan and Sue Moomey; as well as many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Throughout her life Jessie was known for her dedication and love to her family and God.  Jessie will be truly missed by many relatives and friends, cherishing all the good memories shared with her. She will always be remembered for the loving spirit and kindness she showed to others.
