He joined the Army when he graduated from high school where he became a mechanic rebuilding diesel engines. He made this his life’s work after the Army. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved spending time with his family. He was an avid baseball fan. He also liked fishing, skeet shooting, and large family gatherings with our extended families. We always played some kind of game and enjoyed lots of food.
He is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Almyra Greb. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Glenda Greb; his son Clinton Greb, wife Anna Greb and grandson Silas Greb; daughter Lauren Greb; Brothers Don and Dave Greb; Sister Fern Schuster, husband Jim Schuster of New Rockford, ND; as well as a number of sister and brother in-laws and a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
There will be a viewing at 8:00 am on Wednesday 10/16/2024 at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 S. Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016. Following the viewing will be a service from 9:00am to 10:00pm also at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. There will be a military burial at 11:00am at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211.
Family and friends are welcome to come to all three or any of the services as they want to attend.
