She was married to James Whittle. She worked at Container Corporation and numerous other jobs for Kmart, Rocky Moutain Bank Notes and was a farmer.
She had a passion for Gardening, Cooking, Sewing, Puzzles, Painting and Word Search Puzzles

12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren
Deceased brothers and sisters: Eliose Nelson, Ona Faye Harris, Betty Sue Pennington and WP Meeks Jr., and parents, William Perry Meeks Sr. and Ruby Nicholson Meeks.
A graveside service for Ivorie will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Moore Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, TX 76012.
