ARLINGTON -- Ingrid Margot Blair passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas, Texas. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, at Moore Funeral Home on Bowen Road.
Ingrid was born on June 25, 1935, to Heinz and Emma Marie Gawronski in Berlin, Germany. Ingrid loved reading, dancing and theatre. In 1961 she married Philip Blair. The two lived in Germany and the United States for 55 years. Ingrid achieved her associates degree in general studies from Central Texas College in Killeen. On Sept. 8, 1966, Ingrid became a United States citizen, which she was very proud of.
Survivors: Ingrid is survived by her husband of 55 years, Philip Blair and brothers-in-law, George and Charles Blair.
