On Monday, July 20th, 2020, Guadalupe Ramirez Rojas, loving mother, devoted wife, and caring grandma of Grand Prairie, Texas was called to her heavenly home at the age of 69. Guadalupe was born on December 13th, 1950 in McAllen, TX, to Abel Ramirez and Augustina Velasquez.
Guadalupe was the anchor of our family. Her greatest time was spent with her family – whether it was sipping on coffee in the morning, playing cards or bingo, celebrating birthdays or holidays, or simply watching novellas in the living room. She will always be remembered for the strength, love, humor, and wisdom that she shared with all of us. She loved life and even through troubled waters, would still view life as beautiful. Guadalupe was loved by many, and deservedly so. Her light lives on through all that were lucky enough to have known her. She is eternally loved and will forever be missed.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Augustina Velasquez; her dad, Abel Ramirez; and her son, Jose Armando Rojas. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Rudolfo Pineda; her 5 children, Rosa, Aaron, Alex, Elizabeth, and Esmeralda; her 2 brothers and 7 sisters; her son-in-law, Jose (Paisa), her 2 daughter-in-laws, Alicia and Marisol; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and her beloved pet, Snowy.
