ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- Gregory A. Ballweg passed away in Arlington, Texas on June 13, 2012. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Greg lived in New York City for most of his life.
Greg was preceded in death by his father, Marion.
Greg was the Visual Merchandise Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue for over 30 years in New York. He was a key designer of the famous Saks Christmas Windows as well as responsible for all new Saks' store openings around the United States. Greg did freelance work for Gucci and Ferragamo as well. He was a graduate of the Dayton Art Institute and Chaminade High School. He was a practical joker and was always ready for an adventure.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy of Beavercreek, Ohio, sisters Nancy Byler (Chuck) of Dayton, Ohio, Marcia Constantine of Euless, Texas, Kimberly Battes (Hal) of Arlington, Texas, and Annette Ballweg (John) of Beavercreek, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
