Gary Robert Walker

Service: 10 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2020, at Moore Funeral Home, 1219 N. Davis Dr., Arlington, 76012. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home.

Gary was born February 24, 1983, in New York City to Albert and Dolores Walker. Gary and his family moved to Texas when he was 5 months old. He attended Bowie High School and then later graduated from Lincoln Tech as an auto mechanic. In his spare time, Gary enjoyed exercising, lifting weights, dancing, and singing. He also liked to watch wrestling, especially WWE, as well as football. Gary loved people and was always willing to help when needed. His bright smile and joking personality will be greatly missed by many.

Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Nicholas Walker.

Survivors: sons, Devontay Larsen and Gary Walker, Jr.; parents, Albert and Dolores Walker; sister, Lisa Alvarez and husband, Jesse; niece, Ava Alvarez; nephew, Evan Alvarez; best friends, Timothy Williams and JP Crane; aunt, Sonia Russell; uncles, Carlos Russell, Tony Walker, and Eddie Russell; and many cousins, extended family, and friends.
