Born in Hue, Vietnam, he was the son of Khiem Truong and Chau Huynh. He left Vietnam and came to America in 1980, in hopes to build a better life for himself. He met his wife, Cindy Truong, in 1984 and they shared 39 years of marriage and had 4 children together. He held various job titles including a seamster and convenient store owner.
He was a faithful member of the Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church. He enjoyed watching sports and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered by his care-free spirit, infectious laugh, problem solving abilities, and being the hardest worker in the room.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy; his four children, Holly, Tiffany, Jenny, and Jackie; his son-in laws, James and Brandon; and grand-dog Millie.
A visitation for Dzung will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016. Rosary service will be held at 7:00 PM, during the visitation. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, 801 E Mayfield Rd, Arlington, TX 76014. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1219 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012.
