Don Williams Jr.

Don Williams, Jr., age 66 of Arlington, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 6, 2018. He was born on November 22, 1951, one of seven children of Don Williams, Sr. and Mary Lou Gilliam Williams.

Don proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, retiring in 1994 after 24 year of dedicated service and service during the Vietnam Era. After his retirement, Don married Elizabeth Ann Wootten and they celebrated over 20 years of marriage together. Following the Army, Don went to school to learn to become an electrician. In his spare time, Don enjoyed traveling with his wife and taking care of their family.

Don is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; mother Mary Lou; siblings Sharon Brock, Robert Williams, and James Williams; children Mark Delk and Dawn Kindred; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many loving extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 13 from 5-7PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at the funeral home on Monday, May 14 at 11AM, with interment following at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, with full military honors.
