Dirk was born Oct. 17, 1963, to Tom and Margie Belcher, who preceded him in death. He was an employee of FedEx for nearly 20 years. He will be remembered as a gentle person who enjoyed helping others.
Survivors: Partner, Mark Bass of Arlington; brother, David Belcher (Abbe) of Owasso, Okla.; sister, Debra Belcher of Austin; grandmother, Marie Whetsel of Abilene; stepmother, Mary Ann Camp, Arlington; uncles, Jack Belcher (Jolene) of Fairfield and Walter Belcher of Houston; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
