Dywane was a great and loyal friend.  Man,  I remember it like it was yesterday,  riding around Brady,  TX in his orange VW Beetle; getting into trouble with both him and Jimmy Jones.  Having Hattie hollering at all three of us.  We used spend time on Brady Creek fishing and canoeing.  I am sad that we never got to reconnect after you left Brady.  Miss you brother.

My heart and prayers go out to those whom Dywane have left behind, I know he will be surely missed. I havn't seen Dywane since we were kids and always hoped that I would get the chance to see him at future reunions....unfortunately that opportunity was missed. DeAngelo was my student at Concorde. We called him D. He was such a great student and exceptional person. I enjoyed his personality and commitment and desire to learn. He was so well liked by all his classmates as well as the faculty. He always lit up the class with his presence. I am thankful for having the privilege of being associated with him.

My deepest sympathy goes out to you in your time of grief. My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family. Take comfort in knowing that each day you have a guardian angel looking over each one of you.

Knowing that GOD was a part of your life is awesome, so many young people always think that life is endless and put off having a personal relationship with GOD until later.

Your family will have fond memories and they know you are in great hands.

Deangelo, Sorry we have never met.  I just connected with your branch of the family though your Auntie - Sandra Randle last january.  We have been in touch via the telephone, snail mail, and E-mail.

Based on the writings from others you seem to have been a good man, loved by your family and most importantly that you know GOD!!  

I am hopeful that a great reunion is in the making or already occurred- in Heaven.  I know that my Grandfather , your Grandfather's brother will be right their with the rest of the family welcoming you.  Their are a lot of good people that have been called on home so I know Heaven is BUMPING.

I knew you as Danlo,Thats how it sounded when your mother needed your full attention.I was the old man. We had plenty of back and forth talks on me being the old man and you being DanLo. I moved back to Arlington about 9 months ago and as I came out of 7-11 I heard this sound that I knew 2 well. HEY OLD MAN, And as always I said hey, Whats goin on DanLO and he tried to correct me as always and Started talking about his girls and going back to school. DanLo you will be missed and I challenge anybody to tell me a time when he was not in a joyous mood..Save me a spot Brother, Cause when I get there you are going to know it. Do you know I prayed for you?  You were my gift from God.  We were so young - and my mistake was that I  thought we had more time...  

I promise you that I will take care of our girls, to once again become part of your family and ensure that I prepare our girls for life...both the good and the bad.  Encourage them to reach their goals and dreams and every day tell them stories of their daddy and how much you loved them and ensure they both know and love the Lord.

You never get to old to learn things and I just learned a couple of weeks ago that your name is Deangelo DyWane.  In all of the years that I knew you, your Aunt Suzy and your parents, I always thought your name was just DyWane.  Do me a favor, I know that I will see you on the other side because I know you knew God and had a relationship with him.  I need you to be sure that you do one thing, sit in your sit and not mine, because once we meet, I will need to sit in my own seat because I am older than you are.

We loved D very much...our class would have never been the same without him.  He touched so many lives and we are all greatful for the time we shared with him.  When times were heard and we felt overwhelmed, we all had one another to lean on...with this, we all became very close.  So, it is with a heavy heart, we must now say goodbye to someone that was part of our class "family".  D, I am so thankful for knowing you.  I am so glad that God allowed our paths to cross, if only for a short time.  You, my friend, will be greatly missed.  May you rest in peace and your family know that you are in a far better place. God has opened the gates for you and you walked in.
