Cynthia was born in Houston, Texas to Billy and Mary Runyan on March 26, 1958.
Cynthia loved many things during her lifetime including wildflowers, sweets (especially Reese's peanut butter and chocolate candy and Hershey's chocolates), and Coca-Cola. Nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her family, closely followed by her beloved Texas Rangers.
A committal service for Cynthia will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington, Texas. In the evening of July 5, 2023, there will be a memorial service to celebrate Cynthia's life from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Moore Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas. Guests and family members are encouraged to wear their Texas Rangers apparel.
