Cindy grew up in Chapin, MI and attended Central Michigan University, graduating in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She then moved to Texas where she raised her two children Randi and Tim.
Cindy was an advocate within the North Texas Republican party and a “force to be reckoned with.” She worked with many politicians on their election campaigns including Texas State Representative Tony Tinderholt, Tarrant County Sheriff Bill Waybourn, Tarrant County Judge Kimberly Fitzpatrick, Arlington City Council Woman Nikkie Hunter and most recently Tarrant County Judge Chris Taylor, just to name a few. She spent countless hours volunteering within the Arlington Republican Group and Tarrant County Republican Group. Her absence leaves a void with the work and dedication she gave to the party.
Cindy is preceded in death by her father Victor Black. She is survived by her mother Sandra Black, her daughter Randi Greene (Alex Serrato), her son Timothy Greene (Taylor Greene), sister Teresa Costales (Allee Costales), brothers Vic Black (Sue Black) and Matt Black (Debbie Black), granddaughter Rori Greene, grandsons Hendrik Greene and Cooper Greene, along with 5 nieces, 3 nephews, 8 great nieces and 1 great nephew.
A Celebration of Life for Cindy will be scheduled at a future date.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.moore-funeralhome.com for the Greene family.
