Cindy Anderson was born on Sunday August 26, 1951 in San Angelo, Texas. To the parents of George Christian Riggin and Dorothy Juanita Honeycutt.

Cindy Anderson will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, sister, aunt, friend and colleague to all that knew and cared for her. She will be truly missed by many relatives and friends.

A memorial service for Cynthia will be held Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Moore Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1219 North Davis Drive, Arlington, Texas 76012.
