I came to know Chris when he and I collaborated on an interview for Iron Man magazine. Sagi Kalev introduced us, and we had many, many conversations over the years and got to know one another as friends. He was always kind, generous, and somewhat melancholy, and considering the many challenges he faced, I'm happy to say he emerged triumphant. I think about Chris often and always include him in my prayers. 

You were gone so soon Chris. I'm glad to get to know you and that you also shared that you painted with everyone you knew, showing a different side than just bodybuilding and fitness. You're one of the honest bodybuilders I've got to know and greatly appreciate it. Just thought I'd share this picture with you.

So shocked to hear this.  Such a young fellow, too.  Just goes to show that death knows no bounds.  My sincere condolences to his family.

I carried your picture with me from 1999 from when you were at Golds gym training and always helping people. I ended up training with one of your best friends and never got to hang out..
