Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday, July 9, at Tate Springs Baptist Church, Arlington.
Burial will be in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 8, at the funeral home.

Charles "Chuck" was born Nov. 19, 1932, to George and Lula Mae Sutton in Hugo, Okla. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1976 at the rank of colonel. He proudly served 25 years as a navigator, pilot, engineer, and procurement officer. His career included a tour of duty in Vietnam and recipient of numerous medals and commendations, including the Distinguished Flying Cross and Bronze Star. After retiring, he ventured with many businesses and worked at Oil States and Lockheed Martin. Chuck enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening and was a devoted member of Tate Springs Baptist Church.
He lived his life with love and a positive attitude leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by all his loved ones and the many lives he touched.
Survivors: Wife of 57 years, Wanda; brother, George Sutton of Fairview; sister, Marcheta Osborne of Sherman; children, Michael Sutton and wife, Cheryl, of Germantown, Tenn., Jon Sutton and wife, Kem, of Eagle Mountain Lake and Robert "Bobby" Sutton of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
