Charles was born on February 7, 1939 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the only child of Charles and Blanche Lins.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; and his mother, Blanche and father, Charles.
He is survived by his daughters, Susan, Debbie, Peggy and their spouses; step-daughter, Patti; all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and his beloved dog, Charlie.
A visitation for Charles will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Moore Bowen Road Funeral Home, 4216 South Bowen Road, Arlington, TX 76016. A graveside service will occur Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 N. Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111.
